About the Founder

Aditi Madane has over 20 years of experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise solutions with a focus on security, scalability and performance. She has work experience with working on high-growth systems with Amazon.com, American Express & IBM. Her work experience is in Web, mobile & server side technologies in various languages. Her expertise resides in identifying & interviewing skilled talent for engineering teams. She is a graduate from Florida State University with a Masters in Computer Science.

  After a 15 year long successful career in tech, she started Upsilon Labs - an innovation focussed software development company with the mission to power the dreams of entrepreneurs in the Phoenix community. At Upsilon Labs, she works with early stage startups and helps them build their tech products by working closely with the non-technical founders. The mission is to help these founders realize their technology dreams.Her team has built apps in various innovative technologies like Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, Robotic Automation. The team specializes in finance, payments, e-commerce and healthcare industries. 


Aditi actively gives back to her local community in Phoenix, AZ. As the board chair for the non-profit Girls in Tech Phoenix, she hopes to empower young women to take up STEM as a valid career choice and to believe in themselves. She wants to be a role model that is a real person, not someone in a magazine, who can show impressionable young women that a career in tech is possible. She mentors young female engineers graduating from state universities and tech programs. She helps them navigate the complex world of technology development and building their own companies.

Aditi has been named ’40 under 40’ by the Phoenix Business Journal.
